We specialise in all types of marine structures including wharf and port upgrades, coal export terminals and over water piling for bridges. Our capabilities extend to the provision of topside mechanical handling equipment such as conveyors and ship loaders, dredging, sub-sea pipelines and outfall fittings and maintenance, and the installation of moorings.
From initial planning and design through to construction, we develop ground-breaking solutions that cater for the demanding and complex conditions of a marine environment. We combine innovative construction techniques with excellence in safety, community and environmental management to achieve quality and value for money outcomes for our clients.
Our specialist knowledge has been garnered through the delivery of key projects including the Newcastle Coal Export Terminal on Kooragang Island in New South Wales and the reconstruction of Berth 10 at Fremantle Port in Western Australia. The reconstruction of Berth 10 now enables its use for container shipping, as well as roll-on/roll-off vessels and other general cargo ships, increasing the operational capacity of the port. At Newcastle, we delivered a first-class facility to reduce gridlocks, help boost shipments and export capacity and meet the future requirements of one of Australia’s busiest deep-water ports. Each project strengthens industry capacity and logistic efficiency.
