Operating and maintaining a $2.5 billion fleet of equipment is no mean feat. We have one of the largest, most diversified fleets of mining plant in Australasia which is maintained in-house for optimum efficiency, reliability and performance.
Our fleet includes some of the biggest gear in the business including two Liebherr R9800 backhoe hydraulic excavators which operate at the Burton Coal Mine in North Queensland. Servicing these excavators is a fleet of Caterpillar 797 dump trucks – the biggest in Caterpillar’s imposing fleet.
We own and have deployed advanced heavy equipment operator training simulators that take into account various scenarios, from weather conditions and road surfaces to emergency situations, providing a safe environment for operator training. Our leadership in the field allows us to provide plant and related services that are suitably equipped, reliable and competitively priced.
We also maintain strong relationships with major equipment providers and equipment hire companies. These relationships and our financial capacity allow us to operate long-term projects with a reliable pipeline of equipment.
