We invest in our people and back them every step of the way.

Developing our people to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future is key to our business strategy. We provide a range of scholarships to support students through their studies and offer them an opportunity to launch their mining career.

Our programs reward excellence, recognise potential and encourage those who may not have the capacity to realise career opportunities without practical financial support. In addition, students are provided with placement in our vacation program and exposure to a range of mining projects.

A range of scholarship opportunities are offered throughout the year, in alignment with university semesters, and will be available in the regions where Thiess operates. Please check back here for up-to-date information.
