Safety
The health and well-being of our people is at the forefront of everything we do. Our objective – everyone safe everyday – is founded on our belief that safe projects are successful projects and that all injuries are preventable.
Safety is more than just following rules. It is about attitude, discipline, thoroughness in methodology, the safe management of people and equipment and, most importantly, the ability to prevent hazards and control risk. With a dynamic safety program in place, we are creating safer work attitudes and encouraging behavioural change as a way of life. We are also intent on forward planning to ensure that as much as possible, we design out activities that involve high risk.
We operate a Health, Safety and Environment Reporting Database that gives us the visibility to know what is happening across our operations and our workforce, and to manage and monitor our performance at all levels. We make a safe environment possible by being intentional, practical and committed - everyday.
